Tribal Administrator

    Under the direction of Chiefs’ Council, the administrator ensures services are delivered effectively, and serves as advisor on Governance and political issues.

    • Bert Groenenberg will be the Acting Tribal Administrator up to four months starting November 10, 2011.

Receptionist

    Francy Elkins works just mornings keeping the office tidy, supplies in place and answering phones. She keeps people informed on events. You can reach her at extension 0 or 21.

Financial Advisor 

    Financial advising is available as needed. Contact our administrator for this service.

Bookkeeper

    Violet Tipple provides bookkeeping services including payroll and monthly department reports. Violet’s phone extension is 5.

Capital Management (Technical services)

    Helping get sewage, water and other land services to our community is the job of Jim Munroe. Before joining us, Jim worked as a Journeyman Carpenter and Housing Officer with BC Native Housing. Jim has done number of Capital Projects with member bands of CCTC, Cariboo TC and Carrier Sekani. Jim’s phone is extension 6.

Housing Inspector

    Frank Bellerose can inspect houses to determine if they are healthy and safe to live in. Frank uses standards set out in the National Building Code. If renovation work is needed, Frank will help find solutions. Frank has over 30 years experience in construction.   Frank can be reached at extension 1.

Housing Officer

    Need to fix up a house or get new housing? Our housing officer, Jessie Bellerose might be able to help. But first talk to your Band Housing Manager. The job includes finding which fund is most appropriate to ask money from, then doing the application package.  Jessie is a former rental housing manager and has a Diploma in Business Administration.  Jessie is phone extension 2.

Economic Development and Community Planning

    Bert Groenenberg assists with business plans, community planning and policy development. Business plans may range from a feasibility assessment to a loan application. Community Planning is creating a long term physical development plan. Policy development is agreeing to a common set of standards. Bert has a Degree in Geography, Diploma in Landscape Architecture and experience in business.  Call Bert at extension 4.

Natural Resource Advisor

    Neil Gauthreau has a BA in Cultural Anthropology. He has worked with First Nation’s peoples in Canada and has conducted research in the Russian Federation. Prior to joining the CCTC, Neil worked as a contractor conducting Traditional Use Studies for First Nation’s peoples as they faced large development projects on their traditional territories.

Family Support Workers

    Williams Lake

    Lana Squinas has many years experience working with people who are really challenged in their daily life. Whether you need to work on your self-esteem or just try to keep your kids in a better environment, call Lana. From fall through spring, an evening group meets to share their successes and struggles together. Lana speaks Chilcotin and Southern Carrier as well as English of course.  Extension 8 is for Lana.

    Quesnel

    Jennifer Vickers is the Family Support Worker.  She has a BSW and previous experience in Family Group Conferencing.  Jennifer will be starting work in our Quesnel office. Her contact number is 250-992-2075 and fax is 250-992-2074.
